Graduated in Biology at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, Paolo has an all-round experience of over 20 years in SMEs in innovative markets with specific know-how in green economy, foodtech, agritech, biotech and medtech, implementing business strategies, corporate turnarounds and structuring of sales force throughout Europe and the Americas. Since 2021, co-founding Advice International, moved into strategic counselling and M&A advisory for small- and mid-size companies.

MANAGING PARTNER

Graduate from the Bocconi University of Milan in 1999, Davide Rigamonti carried out his career in several countries (mainly Italy, UK and Switzerland) as a manager in banking and financial sector (M&A, payment and lending) in particular with Deutsche Bank and Cornèr Banca. As part of his duties, he participated in several projects such as company sale, ongoing concern, companies restructuring, founding mainly in Europe. He covered twice the role of CEO in payment and lending industry in Italy and Switzerland. Davide also worked throughout his career in risk dept. analyzing portfolios (especially loans) and he also has a deep knowledge of people and coach management.
